Potato and Turnip Mash

A lighter twist on classic mashed potatoes, this potato turnip mash is creamy, comforting and full of flavour. The turnip adds a subtle peppery tang that balances the richness of butter and milk. It’s an easy side dish that pairs beautifully with stews, braised meats and holiday meals.
