- 4 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- ½ cup avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine.
If not using a jar, place in a bowl and whisk all ingredients together and place in storage container with a lid
Store in the fridge for up to a month. Let come to room temperature before using to liquefy the oil.
