Breakfast
Breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day but it can be super beneficial especially for the purpose of weight loss. If you choose to have breakfast it should be high in protein. The higher the better. It's beneficial for a couple of reasons. It "breaks the fast' and get your body working up to 70% harder from the get go. Protein feeds the muscles without the need for insulin. High insulin levels signal weight gain which we are, obviously, trying to avoid here.
